Step 2: At the bottom right-hand corner, select Preferences.

Step 3: Select Account, and Choose Folders. This will then provide you with the options to choose the folders you would like to download and sync to the computer.

Create a OneDrive folder on your Desktop
Step 1: Open the applications folder and locate the OneDrive folder.Step 2: Right-hand click (control + click) the OneDrive application and Make Alias. Alternatively, you may click and drag the OneDrive application directly to your Desktop.
Make Alias of OneDrive onto your Desktop
