Open and Login

Step 1: Using the Spotlight tool on the top right-hand corner, search for the OneDrive application.

Step 2: Open the application and follow the login prompts. Refer to the video below for further details.


Choose folders to download and sync

Step 1: Select the OneDrive icon on the top right-hand corner. Once opened, select ‘Help and Settings’.

Step 2: At the bottom right-hand corner, select Preferences.

Step 3: Select Account, and Choose Folders. This will then provide you with the options to choose the folders you would like to download and sync to the computer.

Create a OneDrive folder on your Desktop

Step 1: Open the applications folder and locate the OneDrive folder. 

Step 2: Right-hand click (control + click) the OneDrive application and Make Alias. Alternatively, you may click and drag the OneDrive application directly to your Desktop.
